The Empath

Being an empath means having the ability to understand and resonate with the feelings of others. It goes beyond just recognizing someone else's emotions to experiencing a similar emotional response yourself. This empathic connection is fundamental to forging meaningful human relationships.

I chose to pair the figure with raven wings because they are among the most intelligent of birds. They can solve complex problems, utilize tools, and communicate effectively with one another. The figure embodies this internal struggle; like someone overwhelmed, she is also learning to adjust—guided by the capacity to soar and navigate through her emotions.

I’m currently exploring the concept of embodying symbols and the transformation they can evoke. As I grow older, I've developed a deeper appreciation for the richness of experiences. I find value in the lessons they offer and how intuition and intention shape those journeys.
